SMRT Automotive Services is a repair company that belongs to SMRT Corporation, the leading provider of multimodal transport in Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>The signing ceremony took place at SMRT offices, with P V Venkatesan and Tan Kian Heong representing SMRT, and Frederic Sol\u00e9 and Axel Habermeyer representing Masats.<\/p>\n<p>Masats will offer regular training to SMRT employees, who will perform maintenance and repairs on their equipment for both their own and others\u2019 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>After years of collaborating with the local SMRT operator, and previously with the previous operator TIPS, Masats has become a touchstone in the Singaporean market.\u00a0 More than 800 vehicles in circulation in Singapore have Masats doors, mainly doors that open inward and electric sliding doors.<\/p>\n<p>In 2001, Masats began to supply equipment for the local market, later reinforcing its relationship starting in 2011 with SMRT\u2019s acquisition of MAN vehicles with chassis made by the Malaysian company Gemilang.<\/p>\n<p>With this agreement, Masats reinforces its services in the Asian market and secures its relationship with local operators, in order to offer the best post-sales service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SMRT Automotive Services and Masats recently signed an agreement for SMRT to become Masats\u2019 Authorized Service Provider in Singapore.
